  • Where are you located?
    We are nestled down a little laneway off Warrigal Road in Cheltenham. Our studio address is 16/417-419 Warrigal road and is open by appointment only. If you plan to drop in, please call ahead to make sure we are in. We aren’t a retail space so there isn’t someone at the warehouse all the time. We may be off setting up a wedding or collecting our beautiful flowers from the hills.
  • How do I book an appointment to discuss my flowers?
    Yay! We’re excited you want to come and chat wedding flowers with us! Before you book your consultation, you ideally have filled out our enquiry form online, with all the relevant information. Ie colour palette, venue details & flower preferences. We really love to see your flower inspiration prior to your appointment so we can get a good understanding of your style, as well showing you more images that could work for your vision. Once we have confirmed our styles align and your date is available we will send you a scheduler to make an appointment.
  • How does the floral consultation work?
    We prefer to sit down with you and your partner over a coffee or a cheeky wine. You can choose a zoom meeting if you prefer but we think you can’t beat a face to face chat to get to know you as a couple, and hear all about your wedding plans. Consults usually take about an hour of your time and don’t cost you anything, they are just a “get to know you” A perfect opportunity to talk through your ideas, colours, styles and flower availability for your big day. Once we have a good understanding of the overall look and feel of your wedding, we start to prepare your personalised quote & mood boards. Bring any inspiration pics, colour swatches, and big ideas you have. The more, the merrier! This helps us understand your style and create something you'll love.
  • How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
    Hey! It’s best to book your wedding flowers about 6-12 months in advance as dates can book up quickly. This way, we have plenty of time to plan and perfect your floral designs. But if you find yourself in a pickle or just didn’t get around to it earlier, don’t stress! Give us a call, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. We’ve got your back!
  • How long should I expect to wait for my quote?
    Great question! We put a lot of love and attention into our quoting process. This involves liaising with suppliers, creating mood boards, and sourcing the perfect pots and vases to match your vision. To ensure you're well-informed on costs and availabilities, it typically takes 7-10 days for us to prepare your quote. We want everything to be perfect for your big day! If you need it sooner, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to speed things up.
  • How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?
    Our non refundable deposit is 25% of the total cost and is due 14 days after you receive your quote to lock in your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding.
  • Do you have a minimum spend for wedding flowers?
    Yes we do. During the peak wedding season we do have a minimum investment for your wedding flowers for a full setup. This is $3.5k and covers Sept-May dates. This allows us to source the highest quality flowers, provide detailed and personalized service, and ensure that our team can dedicate the necessary time and effort to make your wedding day perfect. By having a minimum spend, we cover the costs of delivery, setup, and any additional styling items you may need. Your wedding flowers have been cared for and loved on since the moment they were selected from our suppliers. We spend time cleaning the stems and reflexing roses, changing water & preparing vases, this all takes time. We have over 20 years of experience in weddings and flowers and for that, we charge for our knowledge and expertise. This policy helps us manage our resources efficiently. We don’t have a minimum spend during our off season giving you more flexibility. Plus, we offer our minimony package which is ideal for smaller, intimate weddings. Let us know what you need and we'll tailor our services to make your day special.
  • Do you offer payment plans for wedding flowers?
    Yes we do, we can set up a payment plan that suits your wedding needs, just let us know in our initial consultation and we can set that up for you.
  • What should we be budget for our wedding flowers?
    Great question! The budget for wedding flowers can vary widely depending on your vision and the size of your wedding. On average, couples typically spend about 10-15% of their total wedding budget on flowers. For a more detailed estimate we recommend contacting us to discuss your ideas, preferences and needs where we'll begin creating a custom quote that can fit your budget.
  • Can I see examples of your previous wedding work?

  • What areas do you serve in Melbourne?
    Our studio space is located in Cheltenham. We serve Melbourne, Bayside, The Mornington Peninsula, The Yarra Valley and the surrounding areas. If you’re not sure if we cover your venue, just ask us!
  • What flowers are in season for my wedding date?
    Great question! Seasonal flowers are usually fresher and more affordable. Just let us know your wedding date, and we’ll suggest the best blooms available. Check My Date
  • Do you offer sustainable wedding flower options?
    Yep, we sure do! We like to create using as many sustainable practices as possible for your wedding flowers, this includes buying from our local growers, reducing the amount of imports we use and in turn supporting our Aussie suppliers. We prefer not to use floral foam where possible, opting for reusable chicken wire/moss bases, or vases with fresh water instead. We also encourage reusing/recycling your ceremony flowers into your reception space to get the most out of them. Sustainable practices are important to us as we do our best to recycle our boxes/wrapping and soft plastic in the right way.
  • Can you create custom florals designs based on my style?
    You bet! We love getting creative. Tell us about your style or colour scheme, and we’ll craft custom wedding flowers that perfectly match your vision.
  • How do you handle last-minute changes to my order?
    We know plans can change, so you’re welcome to add items to your order up until 1 month before your wedding. While we can accommodate additions, please keep in mind that you can’t reduce more than 10% from the original quote in your contract. Just give us a heads-up with any changes, and we’ll make sure everything is perfect for your big day!
  • Do you provide delivery and setup services?
    Totally! We handle delivery and setup so you can relax and enjoy your day stress free. We make sure everything looks perfect for your wedding day.
  • Can you work with my wedding planner/stylist?
    Totally! We love teaming up with Melbourne wedding stylists and planners to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. We'll coordinate with your planner to get all the details just right and chat with your venue to sort out delivery, setup, and teardown. Working together like this means your wedding flowers will look amazing and fit perfectly into your big day.
  • Can you include specific flowers or colours in my wedding bouquet?
    Totally! Just let us know your must have flowers or colours, and we will ensure they are included in your wedding flowers. We will also let you know if that particular bloom isn't in season, and can suggest alternatives of a similar variety.
  • Do you offer wedding bouquet preservation services?
    Unfortunately this isn't one of our specialties, but we do know a few clever people that offer this service and will refer them when the time comes.
  • What should I do if a flower I want isn't in season?
    Of course this does occur, if you are wanting lush bold peonies in January, unfortunately it is not possible due to the seasons. Some flowers are very seasonal and aren't available all year round. We will do our best to accommodate by suggesting similar alternatives or try and get the imported blooms in. This does increase your overall costs and isnt always an option. But by all means mention your favourite blooms and we will make sure you are aware of its availability.
  • How do you ensure the flowers stay fresh on my wedding day?
    Our beautiful flowers are collected, cared for and created into your wedding flowers only a few days before your wedding. We only use fresh premium blooms that are sure last the day of your wedding and even up to a week after! We deliver our bridal bouquets in water with instructions on how to best store them on the day of your wedding. If your wedding day is set to be a hot one, we take care to set up as late as we can to ensure your flowers aren't sitting in the heat all day. We also make sure they are in a good water source, using vials and vases.
  • What is a bump in / bump out?
    Great question! This is a term us in the events industry use to describe set ups, and pack down of your wedding flowers.
  • Can you help me choose flowers that fit my budget?
    Absolutely! We'll work with you to select beautiful flowers that fit within your wedding budget. Stunning doesn't have to mean expensive!
  • Where do you source your flowers?
    We love to hand pick all the freshest blooms direct from our local growers up in the hills of Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne. We are very selective with the suppliers we work with and have spent years building relationships with these growers. Sometimes to ensure we can get the variety and quantity necessary for your wedding flowers we do need to order imported blooms from all over the world. These are also very selectively chosen due to thier quality.

  • Do you offer any styling items?
    Yes we do, alongside our stunning floral designs we offer a range of styling items to compliment your wedding decor. This includes a range of elegant vases, a variety of archways and ceremony stands, decorative lanterns and candles. All our styling items are visible on our hire items PDF, which we can share with you on request.
  • I only want bridal flowers, can you still help me?
    Absolutely! Whether you need a full floral setup or just the bridal flowers, we’re here to help. We offer our Minimony collection that caters specifically to just bridal flowers. This includes stunning bouquets, buttonholes, and any other bridal party flowers you need. The minimony package requires studio pick-up, so you can swing by and collect your beautiful blooms.
  • How far in advance should I book my event flowers?
    In an ideal world it’s best to book your event flowers at least 3-6 months in advance to ensure we have plenty of time to plan and source the perfect blooms. However, we understand that events can arise with little notice, and we’d still love to help. If you find yourself in a time crunch, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and create beautiful floral arrangements for your event
  • What types of events do you provide floral styling for?
    We provide flowers for all kinds of events, including birthdays, engagement parties, baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, corporate events, private functions and more!

  • Do you provide delivery, setup, and breakdown for corporate events?
    Yes, we offer full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown for corporate events. Our team ensures that the flowers are perfectly arranged and the venue is left spotless after the event.
